1. Understand, believe and apply the Law of Attraction in your life and consequently in your career

5. Discuss everything you need with your coach and always remember: this is a trustee relationship

6. Spend time reading and discussing situations with your coach and other people remembering that you must learn things with others because you don’t have enough time to made all mistakes

7. Understand that feedback's, positives and even negatives are important for your growth

8. Look for sustainable growth

9. Never give up

10. Always follow the Three Main Rules: listen with empathy, always suggest and never justify.
