In our signature program, you'll experience a variety of insightful exercises that will ultimately help you

- Have a clear definition of how you are unique and differentiated from others in the workplace;
- Understand a 360-degree perspective of how your life and career are connected and must walk together.

Our experienced facilitators will guide you through this process, helping you to find all the answers that
are inside you.
EXPERIENCE THE JOURNEY
You will embark on a journey that will be a mix of online, offline and face-to- face sessions.
Each step contains a 15-minute online video with exercise instructions and ONE career essential lesson that gets you ready to execute your offline assignment.
After concluding the exercise, you will be able to schedule time with your facilitator to discuss the results. Total time investment will be:
- 2.5 hours Online: exercise instructions plus career essentials lessons;
- 10 hours Offline: exercise execution and reflection process (Your Homework!);
- 7.5 hours Live: 10 live, personal sessions with a facilitator, either face-to- face or by Skype, to analyze
the results of each exercise (45-minute sessions).
In just 5-10 weeks you can complete the program and be propelled forward with an effective career plan.
