Rodrigo S. Martineli is the Founder of Career Ladder Institute and the mastermind behind the

"7 Steps of Your Career Ladder" program.

He is an accomplished global business executive with well-rounded experience built in a 18-year
corporate career working in Fortune 100 companies and growing billion dollar enterprises.

​

He is an expert in business development, delivering consistent top and bottom line growth during his
corporate years, where he led exponential business increases.

​

With his strong executive presence, business acumen, global and cultural experience, he has built
businesses to be their best using his simple but effective methodologies to assure faster and more
consistent execution.

​

He started his professional and entrepreneurial career when he was 14 years old selling business cards
to stores in Brazil. After 5 years of building his own business, in addition to working as a salesman for a
clothing store, he started his corporate career as an intern and in a matter of 4 years he was expatriated
to Mexico to lead an operation, as his first managerial experience. By the time he was 24 years old, he

became responsible for global operations in 19 countries overseeing around 200 people across Latin
America.

He worked in many different roles such as Project & Program Management, Business Manager, Strategy
& Sales Leader. By 2013, he reached true Global Executive status, leading a multi-billion dollar business
living in the U.S.

After reaching the pinnacle of the corporate ladder, he knew that it was time to change and asked
himself, "What's my mission? What's next in my life that will fulfill me completely? How can I help
others not to feel frustrated with their career or businesses?"

​

The answer was the Career Ladder Institute, which Martineli started in 2009.

​

His capabilities and proven track record now will help people and businesses to reach their full potential.

He has degrees in Business Management, Master in International Business and Executive Education from
Harvard Business School (HBS) and Kellogg School of Management (Northwestern University). Several
human development, human behavior, and neuroscience courses complement his skills.

In March 2017, he was granted a DECLARATION OF HUMAN BEHAVIOR IMPROVEMENT (DHBI) endorsing
his capacity to understand himself and other people deploying multi-behavioral techniques that drive
peak performance.
